Some homes are made for entertaining and this one by the beach helped this couple transition from working parents to stylish retirees, it’s what Sunshine Coast Interior Design does best.
With the kids gone and now entering a new stage in their life, this client was looking to downsize from a large family home to a smaller apartment that could be used for entertaining family and friends. I undertook the role of personal shopper as we went out with the old and in with the new. Against the timber textures of this beachside abode, I used artwork to link spaces together against a refined colour palette and created impact in casual spaces with textures, greenery and found objects.
